The event proposal form can be downloaded, completed, and sent to the QDRC email before its discussion at a meeting.
Meetings:
The QDRC hosts one meeting a month, and tries to make them available over zoom for anyone to attend. In person, these meetings take place at Alex Fraser Park in Quesnel, at the Bouchie Lake Recreation Grounds, or the Bouchie Lake Country Store. It is not required for members to attend these, but it is recommended if our members want to have a say in our club and stay informed on events.
We host our annual general meeting in February of each year to elect our board of directors, connect with members, and brainstorm for the coming year!
Events:
The QDRC is open to any event idea with receipt of an event proposal, and a discussion and vote at a meeting. We strive to be a multi disciple group that encourages and empowers its members to work towards their goals as equestrians.
